1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Agentic Fox Labs ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the services.

2. Description of Service

Agentic Fox Labs provides AI-powered ERP and SaaS solutions including but not limited to School ERP, Hospital ERP, Clinic ERP, Gym ERP, Real Estate ERP, Construction ERP, HR ERP, Business ERP, and Custom SaaS Development. Our services are cloud-based and accessible via web browsers and mobile devices.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Pricing: Our pricing is transparent with no hidden fees. Current pricing is listed on our pricing page.
  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, yearly, or 3-year basis depending on the plan selected.
  • Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Full refund, no questions asked.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. No lock-in contracts. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Fee Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for the remainder of their billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Agentic Fox Labs and its licensors. You retain full ownership of all data you input into the system. Our trademark and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

6. Data Ownership & Portability

You own all data you input into our platform. You may export your data at any time in standard formats. Upon account termination, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for export, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
  • Use the service to transmit any malware or harmful code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without written permission

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Agentic Fox Labs, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
